This vibrant Purple Peel Smoothie blends powerful antioxidants, adaptogens, and natural energizers in one stunning glass. It’s a metabolism-friendly drink that tastes as good as it looks, perfect for breakfast or post-workout refreshment.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup purple grape juice (or 1 cup frozen blackberries)

– 1 cup coconut water

– 1 teaspoon maca powder

– 1 teaspoon goji berry powder

– 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

– ½ teaspoon acai powder

– A small pinch of spirulina powder

– Optional add-ons: 1 scoop plant-based protein, 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds, dash of cinnamon or ginger

Instructions

Measure all base ingredients (juice or berries, coconut water, powders) into a high-powered blender.

2. If desired, add protein powder, chia/flax seeds, or spices to boost nutrition.

3. Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant purple, about 30–45 seconds.

4. Taste and adjust consistency: add more coconut water if too thick.

5. Serve immediately in a tall glass—enjoy the deep purple glow!

Notes

You can switch purple grape juice for frozen blackberries for a fiber-rich option. Add-ins like chia seeds or plant protein turn this into a complete mini-meal. For an extra chill, toss in a few ice cubes before blending.
